mantra or Ammi samayal
Mustard oil soul flower or pure n sure organic mustard oil
2.Salads :cold pressed olive oil soul flower or borges
3.Tadkas coconut oil: persona 100% organic coconut oil
Ghee:organic mantra or pure Indian foods.
