Health Coaching
Wellness and Health Coaching draws on the the principles from Nutrition Science and Positive Psychology. Through this, I facilitate a healthy, sustainable behaviour along with dietary changes by challenging clients to develop their inner wisdom and transform their goals into action. My endeavour is to help clients to cultivate a healthier lifestyle through:
- Assessing their current health condition
- Developing their health goals client
- Providing counseling services
- Documenting their progress weekly
- Conducting behavioral health screenings
- Establishing their treatment plan
