3. Don’t skip breakfast.
4. Avoid excessive alcohol.
5. Exercise early.
6. Fill up on vegetables.
7. Avoid processed carbohydrates.
8. Don’t starve yourself all day.
9. Limit your sugar.
10. Don’t ‘drink’ your calories.
11. Fit in a walk after dinner.
12. Stop eating when full.
