What diet should a bride follow ?

Are you ready for your  D-Day? If you are worried about proper nutrition, here are some tips for the bride. We know, there’s always make-up but for a perfect bridal look. You need to make your skin shine inside out. The key to this is your diet and how you manage it in the run-up to the big day.Try to  include these in your regular diet for  soft, smooth and shiny skin. For best results, you need to plan your bridal diet  in advance. Here are some diet plan a bride should follow :

  • Choose whole grains : Choose whole grain products such as wheat, joir, and vajra, and avoid refined flour products. Whole grains are rich in fiber helping regular bowel movements and preventing constipation. It also helps to detoxify and make your skin healthier.
  • Munch on nuts : Instead of choosing high-calorie cookies, choose nuts. This helps overcome cravings and control sugar levels. Nuts like pine nuts and almonds. They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which keeps the skin soft and supple.
  • Drink plenty of water : The most common mistake  we make is to forget to drink water. While six to eight glasses are recommended every day, one should make sure to have at least 12 glasses of water for healthy-looking skin.Water helps keep the skin hydrated and is also known to suppress  appetite so that you don’t overeat. Water also flushes  toxins and removes acne, marks and blemishes from your face. Hydrating foods such as soups and fruits can also be included in your daily water intake.
  • Raw veggies : Raw vegetables such as carrots, beetroot, cucumbers and Indian gooseberries. They are known to nourish the skin and make it pink. Eat these vegetables raw as a salad or mix them with a smoothie.
  • Dark chocolates : Many dark chocolates contain cocoa, which contains antioxidants and substances called flavonoids. Which help in diminishing stress hormones that entail less collagen breakdown and lesser wrinkles.
  • Chia seeds water : Chia seeds are good for your skin. They are one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids that provide nutrients to cells  and brighten the skin. Omega 3 fats are known to strengthen  cell membranes that help wash away toxins.Omega-3 fatty acids also help in lowering stress hormones in the body.This is an amazing diet tip for a bride. 
  • Papaya : Make it a habit of eating two bowls of papaya a day for the month before the D-DAY fruits have papain, a super enzyme that contributes to  faster digestion and increased metabolism, all of which contribute to an efficient weight loss strategy.
  • Yoghurt : Yogurt is rich in both calcium and protein. It offers great benefits to gut health and helps promote weight loss. Yogurt that has not been pasteurized contains high concentrations of good bacteria and probiotics. Like lactic acid bacteria which are known to improve gut health.
  • Green almonds : As an excellent antidote, green almonds can cleanse the internal system  and heal various skin problems such as acne,  pimple, blackheads, whiteheads and so on. Regular intake of green almonds can provide enough nutrients to your skin cells to keep them healthy.
  • Mustard leaves : Mustard leaves are rich in nutrients that boost energy, keep the heart healthy, and fight disease. They are a delicious source of calcium, magnesium, folic acid, and vitamin K. Which are important for bone health. Raw mustard greens have a tasty, peppery bite, but you can mellow it by cooking them.
