The theme for National Nutrition Week in 2021 is ‘Feeding right from the start. As the name suggests, this year the government hopes to emphasize the importance of infant nutrition and how children benefit from a nutritious diet from birth. The program aims to raise awareness through educational seminars and camps, such as gourmet talk shows, Bharat Poshan Premier Quiz, and Healthy Khayega India, which will be a week-long event led by youth, seniors, and industry leaders.
Significance of National Nutrition Week
A balanced diet can nourish the body from head to toe, from the inside out. It is this component that controls all bodily functions and maintains healthy circulation.
