Put some pods and honey in the water and drink cardamom tea as a good natural remedy for flu. Provide heat to the body.
  2. Prevent Bad Breath : The sweet floral fragrance of it makes it a natural breath freshener. Cineole, the main ingredient in cardamom oil, is known for its antibacterial properties that promote oral hygiene and can also fight bacteria that cause bad breath.
  3. Improves Blood Circulation : As we all know, Elaichi can improve the body’s blood circulation, especially blood circulation in the lungs, which is why it is mainly used as a natural treatment for respiratory diseases. Provides vitality and maintains your energy level.
