Individual Sessions

We all know by now that there’s no magic pill or secret to staying fit, but it doesn’t have to be hard or time consuming to look and feel your best, either. I work together with my clients to make nutrition habits and healthy weight sustainable. I’m not a fan of crash dieting, calorie counting, or rigid meal plans – I believe in working together to find an individual and realistic approach to nutrition that fits within your lifestyle, schedule, and goals.

At Nutrify, We don’t believe in deprivation. It’s rather important that we learn how to balance treats and favorite foods with those that will nourish and sustain your daily activities. I teach how to enjoy food and not fear food! I help in improving relationship with food, and learn quick and easy snacks and meals for your busy lifestyle.

We experiment with different foods and food combinations to help improve digestion; identify other areas that may have been neglected and that may be causing imbalances in their health

This program includes:

  • Weekly one-on-one 50 minute coaching sessions
  • Assessment of current lifestyle and healthy living needs
  • Support to set health goals in ways that are empowering
  • A variety of informational hand-outs, tips, and tools, that support individual health goals
  • Coaching and support as you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Weekly e-mail support between sessions
