Wellness and Health Coaching draws on the the principles from Nutrition Science and Positive Psychology. Through this, I facilitate a healthy, sustainable behaviour along with dietary changes by challenging clients to develop their inner wisdom and transform their goals into action. My endeavour is to help clients to cultivate a healthier lifestyle through:

  • Assessing their current health condition
  • Developing their health goals client
  • Providing counseling services
  • Documenting their progress weekly
  • Conducting behavioral health screenings
  • Establishing their treatment plan
